What's covered
Faults in our materials and craftsmanship, for as long as you own the piece:
- Links or welds that fail under normal wear
- Faulty or failed clasps and mechanisms
- Tarnishing or discolouration beyond normal wear
- Plating that lifts or flakes under normal use
- Stones working loose or falling out
What's not covered
The guarantee protects our craftsmanship, not loss or misuse:
- Lost or stolen pieces
- Damage caused by a third party
- Excessive wear, neglect, or intentional damage
- Anything engraved, resized, or modified after purchase (this voids the guarantee)
- Damage from harsh chemicals, chlorine, or industrial cleaners
- Claims that appear altered, reused, or fraudulent
- Accidental damage: snap a chain or scratch a pendant and, understandably, that one is on you
How to make a claim
- Email hello@twokxngs.com with your order number.
- Attach a clear, well-lit photo of the piece and the fault.
- We'll review it and guide you through repair or replacement.
Claims can't be processed without a photo. If a replacement piece ever develops a manufacturing fault, it's covered under the same guarantee.
