Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and send your order from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Once it is on its way you will get a tracking link to follow it to your door.

We do, worldwide. If you have a mailbox, we will get your chains to you on International Express. Any customs charges, taxes or import duties set by your country are the recipient's responsibility.

No. Orders with both presale and stocked items ship together as one parcel once everything is ready to go.

You have 30 days to change your mind. We will exchange or refund as long as the piece is in as-new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging attached, plus proof of purchase. This sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Yes, gently, but leave the tags on. If the tags have been removed we cannot accept the return, so try it before you cut anything off.

Every piece is forged from 316L stainless steel, the same grade used in marine hardware. The gold line is finished with 18K PVD gold for a colour that holds.

Yes. Train in them, shower in them, swim in them. 316L does not rust and the PVD finish is built to take daily life without fading.

No. 316L is corrosion resistant and sits well with most skin. This is not the cheap stuff that stains you after a week.

Easy: most men wear a 60cm chain and a 21cm bracelet. If he is a bigger build, go 65cm and 23cm. And if it is not perfect, size exchanges are free within 30 days, so you genuinely cannot get it wrong.
