The Simple Version:

At Two Kxngs all our parcels are sent via AusPost Express

We keep it simple, all orders receive complimentary express shipping

If you have a mailbox, we'll ship it to you express anywhere globally.

Orders with Both Presale and Stocked Items Will Be Shipped Together as One Parcel.

Does Shipping Work with Two Kxngs?
At Two Kxngs all our parcels are sent via AusPost Express for all orders in Australia and International Express for everyone else, we do this so you can get your chains as quick as possible, plus there's many less lost parcels in the express network so we know your chains will get to you. 

Please be advised that any additional taxes, customs, and import duties are not included in our shipping costs and will be the responsibility of the recipient 

How can I check my order and delivery status?
Once you have placed your order online, please allow 5 business days for us to process your order and send it from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast QLD before you can begin to track your order. You will receive an order confirmation email, with a link to track your order.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
In most areas in Australia, express shipping will be between 2-4 business days once dispatched and you've received your notification. In some remote areas, delivery can take up to 10 business days. We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, so we require a signature on all of our deliveries. If you are not home to receive your package, the courier will leave a card and take it to your local post office, where it can be collected at your earliest convenience.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We can deliver to all PO Boxes (Except for big items! They're too big for our friends at Australia Post).

Can I order online and pick up my order from Two Kxngs Directly?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned.

Do Two Kxngs Deliver Overseas?
Most definitely. Delivery will take a little longer than our Australian estimated delivery times, but it will still be well worth the wait.

Ensure A Safe Delivery
Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Two Kxngs will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request "Safedrop", Two Kxngs will not be held liable for missing parcels.

Order Confirmation
All Two Kxngs orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.

Australia
Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via a Priority Post service with Australia Post . All orders with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1 to 5 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

International Delivery
We use Australia Post couriers for our international shipping. . All orders with a delivery location outside Australia will receive complimentary shipping. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Two Kxngs does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

Please note that, as they are sent via email, gift cards do not qualify toward the free shipping threshold.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
